Rental Agreement:
The rental equipment is subject to the Terms & Conditions of the Rental Agreement. Please read it carefully prior to booking. By booking you accept these terms and agree to complete the Rental Agreement prior to picking up the equipment.
Waiver Requirement:
A Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (the " Equipment Rental Waiver") must be completed prior to issuance and use of the rental equipment by each renter (or their parent/ legal guardian for a minor). If the Equipment Rental Waiver is not completed, the individual will not be permitted to use the rental equipment, and a refund will be issued if applicable.
The Equipment Rental Waiver will be available for completion at the time of pick-up. All equipment renters (or their parent/ legal guardian) must be present at the time of pick-up to sign their own Waiver.

Yes, each renter (or their parent/ legal guardian) must be present at the time of pick-up to do their own Waiver.
SNO-GO's cannot be shared for use by someone who has not completed our Equipment Rental Waiver.
If you are renting for others, please inform them of this Waiver requirement and direct them to our website so they can review the Waiver.
If a Waiver is not completed, the individual will not be permitted to rent or use the equipment, and a refund will be provided if applicable.
Our SNO-GO's are only intended to be ridden at established ski resorts in Canada. SNO-GO's are not intended to be used in the backcountry. Note: Unfortunately, Some resorts do not permit SNO-GO's yet! It is the renter's responsibility to confirm permissions at their intended location before booking.
Riding SNO-GO's is an exhilarating adventure suitable for riders ages 14 and up, with a weight requirement of 100 to 250 lbs (45 to 113 kg) and a height range from 5' to 6'3" (152 to 190.5 cm). This weight restriction is in place to ensure optimal safe handling of the bike, providing riders with a secure and enjoyable experience on the slopes. We've received valuable feedback that ski biking is gentler on the joints compared to skiing and snowboarding, making it an excellent choice for riders of all ages, including retirement-age users.
Currently, we do not offer Riding Lessons, but before your first ride, we will conduct a brief orientation on proper usage and safety. We encourage you to start on the bunny-hill/ learner area until you are comfortable steering and stopping the bike. It is your responsibility to follow the Alpine Responsibility Code and all other rules of the resort while you are riding. If extra bikes are available, one of our staff members may be able to accompany you on your first few runs to offer support!

We understand that accidents can happen! With every rental we take a damage deposit of $200.00. After drop off and inspection of the bike, we will refund your deposit in full if there is no damage.
If you damage a rental item while using it, please notify us immediately. The extent of the damage will be assessed, and we may keep the damage deposit in full or in part.
We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions. Your honesty in reporting any issues is greatly appreciated, and we're here to assist you in resolving the situation as smoothly as possible. A Copy of our Rental Agreement can be found here: LINK COMING SOON
Here is our recommended SNO-GO Ensemble:
A CSA approved snow sports helmet and goggles are provided with every rental—safety is always the priority. We have multiple sizes to choose from, so you can make sure the helmet fits properly!
Wrap up with a face shield to protect your face and neck from wind. A winter jacket and ski pants complete the look, while layers underneath ensure you stay warm all day. Finish it off with tall socks and a sturdy pair of boots with high ankle support and durable non-slip treads, suitable for icy conditions. We highly recommend wearing snowboard boots for both comfort and performance. Snowboard boots can be rented from the ski resort.

We are available throughout the entire ski season, primarily on weekends. For weekday rentals, please feel free to contact us directly to check availability and make arrangements. We're here to accommodate your winter adventure plans and ensure you have the best SNO-GO experience possible!
